Millissa Flanagan is an accomplished strategic Executive leader with a broad background transforming and leading global integrated Operations, cross functional teams, as well as Digitization and Enterprise Modeling Programs. She has extensive leadership in Environmental, Health, Safety, Process Safety Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Enterprise Modeling Systems, Product Technology, Organizational Change Management and Operations/Process Excellence.

Millissa has multi-functional technical depth across diverse industries, effectively leading integration efforts and bridging best practice opportunities, globally. She consistently plays an
active role within the C-Suite and working with company boards to achieve stretch targets and business turnarounds. Her strong leadership has reach from the shop floor to the C-Suite board room. Global reach, lived and worked in 5 US states, Amsterdam, Zurich, London with experience across 24 countries in Americas, Europe, Asia and Middle East regions.

As previous Chief Operating Officer of Johnson Matthey, her 34+ year career has spanned across Chemicals, Metals, Refining and Plastics.
